Talentir, Vienna-based, is seeking an early sales hire to own top-of-funnel outbound efforts. You will research, reach, and book meetings with CFOs/COOs, shaping the outbound playbook as the team scales in the DACH region.

You will combine AI-supported research with direct calling, aiming to build a pipeline and accelerate revenue for a fintech/payments-focused B2B SaaS platform. Strong English skills are essential; German is a real edge.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated B2B outbound sales experience with verifiable meetings or pipeline from scratch.
• Willing to call strangers and reach 50-80 touches daily.
• Able to sustain high activity and beat targets.
• Fluent English on calls and emails; German is a strong plus.
• 0-3 years in sales or related fields; attitude over CV.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
