Zusammenfassung

Talentir GmbH in Vienna is seeking a motivated sales professional to own the top-of-funnel outbound strategy. You will research, reach out to CFOs/COOs, and book meetings with real buyers across the DACH region to fuel our merchant-of-record payouts platform.

You will perform 50–80 touches per day using phone, email, and LinkedIn, build a prioritized target list, and hand off qualified opportunities to the AE. This is a path-to-growth role with uncapped commission and direct exposure to founders.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to call strangers and meet with senior finance leaders.
• Ability to maintain 50–80 touches per day across multiple channels.
• Strong verbal communication and email outreach.
• Ability to listen, learn, and improve from calls.

Aufgaben

• Make 50–80 gross reach outs per day via phone, email, and LinkedIn (baseline).
• Schedule meetings with real buyers (CFOs, COOs, Head of Finance).
• Own and curate a target list using AI-assisted research.
• Conduct warm handovers to Account Executives and participate in discovery.
• Help shape the outbound playbook and top-of-funnel strategy.
