Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Austria, Villach, is seeking a Senior Engineer Analog Mixed-Signal Design to shape future technologies within our R&D team. You will design analog/mixed-signal blocks and ensure top-level functionality, driving performance to meet product requirements.

You will document results, support pre-Silicon verification and layout, and participate in measurement and debugging of first silicon.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Microelectronics or similar field of study.
• Solid knowledge of device physics.
• Good communication skills in English.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in analog IC design.
• Experience with lab bench measurements and test equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of analog layout principles and circuit parasitics understanding is beneficial.

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Design of analog/mixed signal blocks, responsibility for top level functionality.

• Design support for products in development and production.

Your profile

• Master degree in Microelectronics or similar field of studies.
• Solid knowledge of device physics.
• Good communication skills in English.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in analog IC design, including familiarity with the IC design flow considered an advantage.
• Experience with lab bench measurements and test equipment considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of analog layout principles and a good understanding of circuit parasitics and their impact on performance would be beneficial.

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners.

A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.888,53 ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter ).

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.

A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
