Zusammenfassung

Partner Company is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead complex Dynamics 365 and ERP transformation projects in a Swiss-focused environment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across cloud, data, and AI domains.

Responsibilities include designing architectures, guiding teams, and translating business needs into technology strategies while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud services.
• Practical experience with SQL Server and technical solution development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration, and cloud technologies.
• Interest in AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and cloud capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for international projects.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Dynamics 365 and ERP transformation projects.
• Act as a senior sparring partner for customers on digital transformation and modern ERP architectures.
• Design architectures combining Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
• Translate business processes into practical technology solutions delivering business value.
• Coordinate and guide development teams, ensuring engineering standards.
• Contribute to solution development and integration architectures.
• Support customers across the project lifecycle including go-live and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, cloud, and data technologies.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
