Everware Consulting GmbH in Austria is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join the Microsoft practice. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale D365 CE solutions and leading architecture across the full lifecycle.

You will work with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to ensure best practices, and may engage as a permanent employee or contractor within a hybrid/remote setup in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise D365 CE.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Ability to lead architecture across integrations and cloud services.

• Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable technical designs.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture across D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership during delivery and ensure quality.

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft practice in Austria.

You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to define solution architecture, lead implementations, and ensure best practices across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.


• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.


• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.


• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations.


• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.


• Design integrations with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.


• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft\'s best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.


• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops when required.


• Mentor consultants and developers while promoting technical excellence within the team.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.




• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering multiple enterprise D365 CE implementations.




• Strong knowledge of:




• Dynamics 365 Sales




• Dynamics 365 Customer Service




• Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights (desirable)




• Power Apps




• Power Automate




• Dataverse




• Experience designing complex integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.




• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture and the Power Platform ecosystem.




• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.




• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.


• Experience with Azure cloud services.


• Experience working on international projects.


• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
