Everware Consulting GmbH in Austria is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join the Microsoft practice. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale D365 CE solutions and leading architecture across the full lifecycle.

You will work with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to ensure best practices, and may engage as a permanent employee or contractor within a hybrid/remote setup in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise D365 CE.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Ability to lead architecture across integrations and cloud services.

Aufgaben

• Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable technical designs.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture across D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership during delivery and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
• Design integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, Logic Apps or Service Bus.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, and security.
• Support pre-sales activities and deliver technical workshops.
• Mentor team members to promote technical excellence.
