Everware Consulting GmbH in Austria is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to join our Microsoft practice. You will design enterprise-scale D365 CE solutions, define architecture, lead implementations, and ensure best practices across the project lifecycle.

This hybrid role offers the option of permanent employment or contract work, requires 10+ years with D365 CE, and emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, Azure integrations, and Azure cloud

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering multiple enterprise D365 CE implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights, Power Platform.
• Experience designing complex integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, Logic Apps or Service Bus.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and third-party vendors.
• Design integrations with external systems using Azure Integration Services and Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops when required.
• Mentor consultants and developers while promoting technical excellence within the team.

• Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering multiple enterprise D365 CE implementations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights (desirable)
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Experience designing complex integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience working on international projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
