Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud services.
• Practical experience with SQL Server and technical solution development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration, and cloud technologies.
• Interest in AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and cloud capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for international projects.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

This is a senior technical architecture role focused on delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation projects. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers modernize their ERP, cloud, data, and AI capabilities. The role combines solution architecture, hands‑on technical implementation, and leadership across development teams. You will design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot. You will translate business processes and challenges into practical technology solutions that create measurable value. From initial consulting through go‑live and ongoing optimization, you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, sustainable solutions in a collaborative and flexible environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP transformation projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with customer objectives.
• Act as a senior technical sparring partner for customers, advising stakeholders on digital transformation, modern ERP architectures, cloud technologies, AI, and intelligent automation.
• Design and implement solution architectures combining Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Analyze customer business processes and translate functional and technical challenges into innovative solutions that deliver tangible business value.
• Coordinate and support development teams, providing technical direction, reviewing solution quality, and ensuring consistent engineering standards throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to technical solution development and integration architectures, leveraging modern Microsoft technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Support customers throughout the complete project lifecycle, including preparation, implementation, go‑live, stabilization, and continuous optimization.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, cloud, and data technologies to improve business processes and strengthen the long‑term value of customer solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project stakeholders, and customer teams to ensure effective communication and successful technical delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of enterprise solution delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and modern integration architectures.
• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and the development and implementation of technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, cloud technologies, and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, and modern cloud capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Very good German and good English language skills, enabling effective communication in an international and customer‑facing environment.
