Dynatrace is seeking a senior operations and data leader to align Bluebox with Dynatrace Business Systems. You will own reporting, analytics, and end-to-end data flow across systems, ensuring a single source of truth for the business.

You will drive KPI definitions, weekly/monthly/quarterly business review packs, and partner with legal, compliance, security to ensure data posture while enabling agile execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years or equivalent in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Business Systems at SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands-on with modern data tools and GTM systems.
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Direct operational data, metrics, and reporting fabric for Bluebox.
• Define, instrument, and govern KPI stack; build weekly, monthly, quarterly packs.
• Ensure data flows from product telemetry, CRM, billing into a single truth.
