Zusammenfassung

Magna Corporate is seeking a senior BI/Analytics specialist to lead end-to-end reporting and analytics using SAP BW/BI on HANA. You will design robust data models, develop complex extracts, and build dashboards across Power BI, BOBJ, WEBI, and Tableau.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale analytics projects with strong ABAP skills, data flow design, and a proactive, methodical work style. Regular travel and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education in business, IT, or CS.
• 10+ years in end-to-end reporting/analytics projects with SAP BW/BI on HANA.
• ABAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SLT+HANA, BW on HANA, BO/WEBI, Analysis for Office, and Analytics Hub.

Aufgaben

• Define and document functional and technical requirements with the business.
• Develop robust data models and data flows for scalable solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy SAP BW on HANA solutions and BEx queries.
• Build and optimize front-end analytics, reports, and dashboards (Power BI, BOBJ, WEBI, Tableau).
• Configure and enhance BI content extractors and dashboards.
• Mentor divisional analysts on data sources, SQL, ETL, and report development.
