Zusammenfassung

Dynatrace is hiring for a pivotal role in the Bluebox team to own data, reporting, and governance across the business systems landscape. You will translate PLG motions into concrete system requirements, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure a single source of truth for decision-making.

You will manage end-to-end data flows from product telemetry to CRM and billing, building KPI frameworks and weekly/quarterly review packs. Relocation support to Linz is provided.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Business Systems roles at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools.
• Deep familiarity with core GTM systems: Salesforce or equivalent CRM, marketing automation, product analytics.
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Align Bluebox with the Dynatrace Business Systems team as the accountable partner.
• Translate PLG motions into system requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end data flows across all touched systems.
• Define, instrument, and govern the KPI stack for Bluebox.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews with source-backed data.
• Ensure data flows from product telemetry, CRM, billing, and support into a single source of truth.
• Map and improve the Bluebox data model.
• Coordinate across Bluebox, Dynatrace Business Systems, and Legal.
• Be the go-to person for end-to-end customer journey data and fixes.
