Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in business analysis with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience managing complex, multi-domain requirements for data/platform delivery projects.
• Expertise in governance and traceability across large programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation at senior leadership level.
• Experience using GenAI tools for requirements management.
• Ability to mentor BA teams and define governance processes.
• Experience in trading market platforms.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
• Nice to have SQL skills for data validation, Agile/Scrum coaching, AI-assisted documentation, regulatory projects.

Aufgaben

• Own requirements strategy and governance across Data Services domains (Platform, Applications, BI, Infrastructure, Integration).
• Lead complex requirement discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria from BAs before backlog entry.
• Ensure traceability and assess changes for high-priority or regulatory scope.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve conflicting requirements among stakeholders.
• Mentor BA teams and define governance standards and practices.
• Advise Program Management and Data Architects on priorities and trade-offs.
