• Experience using GenAI tools for requirements management.
• Ability to mentor BA teams and define governance processes.
• Experience in trading market platforms.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
• Nice to have SQL skills for data validation, Agile/Scrum coaching, AI-assisted documentation, regulatory projects.

In this role, you will drive requirements governance for a complex data services environment, bridging business and technical worlds to ensure alignment across multiple domains. Your expertise will help deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready data solutions, directly impacting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements strategy and governance across Data Services domains, including Platform, Applications, BI, Infrastructure, and Integration
• Lead complex and ambiguous requirement discovery sessions with business stakeholders and leadership
• Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria produced by supporting BAs prior to backlog entry
• Ensure requirement traceability and assess change impacts for high-priority scope or regulatory changes
• Facilitate workshops to resolve conflicting requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
• Mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts, defining standards and maintaining best practices
• Advise Program Management and Data Architects on business priorities and trade-offs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-domain requirements on data or platform delivery projects
• Expertise in requirements governance and traceability across large-scale programs
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills at senior leadership level
• Experience using GenAI tools for requirement management
• Ability to mentor BA teams and define governance processes
• Experience in trading market and with trading platforms
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 or above)
