Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior CX/CIM Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice. You will turn complex requirements into CX/CIM solutions, lead workshops, and guide implementations from design to go-live across hybrid environments in Austria and nearby regions.

You will work with Solution Architects, Delivery teams and customers to ensure high-quality configurations, testing and smooth production transitions, while empowering users

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with CX/CIM or contact center solutions.
• 2–3 years of practical implementation experience with Novomind.
• Confident across the implementation lifecycle: installation, configuration, customization, rollout and support.
• Familiar with omnichannel customer service processes and channels (chat, chatbot, email, messaging, voice).
• Experience with scripting languages, REST APIs and database technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into reliable configurations and integrations.
• Structured, quality-focused approach with testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong communication with customers; workshops, documentation or training are a plus.
• Fluent in German and English; comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring CX/CIM and contact center solutions to life from configuration to go-live.
• Turn customer requirements into practical solution designs and platform configurations.
• Create seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating chat, chatbot, email, WhatsApp and voice capabilities.
• Plan and perform functional and integration testing; resolve technical issues and enable production transitions.
• Empower key users through hands-on workshops and effective training.
• Collaborate with customers, developers and service teams and remain a trusted implementation partner beyond go-live.
