Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Senior CX/CIM Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice. You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects and Delivery teams to translate complex requirements into practical configurations and go-live-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation across installation, testing, and documentation, with opportunities to work across German and English in an international environment and with flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with CX/CIM or contact center solutions.
• 2–3 years of practical implementation experience with Novomind.
• Experience across installation, configuration, customization, rollout and support of enterprise software.
• Familiarity with omnichannel processes and channels (chat, email, messaging, voice).
• Proficiency with scripting languages, REST APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex requirements into practical CX/CIM solution designs and platform configurations.
• Lead customer workshops and drive go-live readiness with delivery teams.
• Plan and execute functional and integration testing, addressing issues as they arise.
• Create clear technical documentation and train key users and operators.
• Collaborate with customers, developers and service teams as a trusted implementation partner beyond go-live.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable configurations and integrations through end-to-end oversight.

We are looking for a Senior CX/CIM Consultant for our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice in Tieto Tech Consulting. This role puts you at the heart of CX consulting, customer engagement and hands-on solution delivery. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects and Delivery teams, you will turn complex requirements into impactful CX/CIM solutions, lead engaging customer workshops, and help bring implementations successfully from solution design to go-live.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior CX/CIM Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Bring CX/CIM and contact center solutions to life - from configuration and testing to a successful go-live
• Dive into customer requirements and transform them into practical, high-quality solution designs and platform configurations
• Create seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating chat, chatbot, email, WhatsApp and voice capabilities with customer systems
• Drive quality throughout delivery by planning and performing functional and integration testing, resolving technical issues, and enabling smooth production transitions
• Empower key users and operational teams through clear technical documentation, hands-on workshops and effective training
• Collaborate closely with customers, developers and service teams, and remain a trusted implementation partner beyond go-live

Who we are looking for:

• You bring around 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with CX, CIM or contact center solutions and enjoy turning ideas into working solutions
• Ideally, you have 2-3 years of practical implementation experience with Novomind
• You are confident across the implementation lifecycle, including installation, configuration, customization, rollout and support of enterprise software solutions
• You know omnichannel customer service processes and are familiar with digital channels such as chat, chatbot, email, messaging and voice
• You have practical experience with scripting languages, REST APIs & database technologies
• You have a talent for understanding business needs, making technical concepts accessible, and translating requirements into reliable configurations and integrations
• You combine a structured, quality-focused approach with a genuine drive to solve problems, supported by practical testing and troubleshooting experience
• You communicate confidently with customers and collaborate effectively with technical teams; experience in workshops, documentation or user training is a welcome advantage
• You are fluent in German and English and comfortable working in an international environment

The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at € 3,954.00 in accordance with the Austrian IT collective agreement (ST1, "Regelstufe"). The final package will reflect your qualifications, relevant experience and current market standards.

Locations: Vienna, Linz, Graz, Regensburg or Berlin. Hybrid working is available; travel requirements depend on the customer and project phase.
