Uneek Global is seeking a seasoned CSA Package Manager for a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Austria. This senior on-site role focuses on coordinating civil and structural work, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery while working with project teams, subcontractors and designers.

You will own the CSA scope on site, drive performance, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on cost control and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ CSA/construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong background managing civil and structural packages.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong scheduling, programming and sequencing abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate all civil and structural work packages on site.
• Oversee site QA activities with the project team.
• Control and track the project schedule with planners and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor activities, progress, manpower and meetings.
• Ensure safety documentation and project records are current.
• Attend site meetings and handovers; liaise with design teams.
