Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with a recognised construction contractor.
• Proven track record as a Mechanical Package Manager, Mechanical Manager or Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong experience managing large-scale mechanical packages on data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery and coordination of the Mechanical Package from installation through to handover.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors, including onboarding, progress, manpower and performance.
• Coordinate mechanical works with the project programme and key milestones.
• Drive EHS and QA/QC standards across the mechanical package.
• Review drawings, specifications, IFC information and technical requirements.
• Coordinate RFIs, technical queries, design changes and BIM/CAD requirements.
• Manage package-level snagging, punch lists, documentation and close-out.
• Support commercial management of labour, materials, plant, variations and valuations.
• Attend project, engineering, planning, coordination and client meetings.
• Provide regular progress reports, highlighting risks, delays and key issues.
• Ensure successful completion of O&M documentation, as-builts and final handover.
