Falcon Green is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on an international data centre project in Vienna. You will oversee all commercial and surveying aspects on site, reporting to the Commercial Lead and coordinating with design and production teams.

The role requires strong CSA and MEP delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and a track record of long tenures. Previous mission-critical project experience is highly regarded.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.

An international contractor that is delivering a complex €300 million data centre project in Vienna is seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in all commercial aspects, report directly to the Commercial Lead and have several AQS's reporting into you.

The data centre sector in Europe continues to boom, each week multi-billion euro investments are announced across the continent and it shows no sign of slowing down. This coupled with the increased emphasis that this client has put on their data centre division, makes an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to fast track their career to commercial management level.

This client is well placed for strong growth across the next several years with the pipeline fully booked with orders from some of the most prestigious clients in the industry. There is a strong site team already in place with the expertise required to deliver projects successfully.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities:
