Salter Grange Limited in Vienna, Austria seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major data centre delivery from planning through to completion. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk and client relationships while coordinating a multidisciplinary delivery team.

The role requires strong leadership, substantial data centre experience, deep understanding of electrical and mechanical DC systems, and a proven ability to deliver safely on time. Travel abroad may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering data centre projects or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of critical electrical and mechanical DC systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, AHUs, chilled water).
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge, risk assessments and control measures.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors and external service providers.
• Strong commercial, programme and project management skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad where required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of major data centre projects from planning through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the project delivery team.
• Manage project programme, milestones, budget, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and progress against programme.
• Ensure works align with scope, safety requirements and execution plans.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Manage contract budgets, costs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality and technical standards.
• Act as the key contact for major project issues and escalations.
• Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to hit objectives and deadlines.
