Zusammenfassung

Falcon Green is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on an international data centre project in Vienna. You will oversee all commercial and surveying aspects on site, reporting to the Commercial Lead and coordinating with design and production teams.

The role requires strong CSA and MEP delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and a track record of long tenures. Previous mission-critical project experience is highly regarded.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong background in CSA & MEP delivery.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with client, design team and supply chain.
• Experience on mission-critical projects preferred.
• Longevity in previous roles.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the commercial & surveying aspects on sites.
• Drafting weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
• Managing budgets & commercial tasks on major residential schemes.
• Cost control.
• Preparing tenders, procuring subcontractors & materials.
• Liaising with production & technical teams.
• Attending project & team meetings.
