enspired in Vienna is seeking a Senior Communications Expert to shape how we communicate across markets and channels. You will drive external communications, PR, and digital campaigns, turning insights into compelling messages that move the market.

As a hands-on leader, you will own tone, copy across emails, social, PR, events, and campaigns; test new channels, leverage AI and MarTech, collaborate with Sales, Campaigns and Content, and continuously optimise performance to accelerate Europe's

Qualifications

• Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B communications, PR, digital marketing or a comparable role.
• Exceptional English writer and hands-on – from a customer email to a LinkedIn post.
• Strong experience with PR, social media and digital communication channels.
• Ability to build and optimise channels based on data and measurable outcomes.
• Curious about new channels, formats and technologies and willingness to experiment.
• Very comfortable with AI and modern MarTech tools and use them to improve work.
• Able to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication.
• Ownership, commercial thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Value teamwork, collaboration and creative freedom.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve external communications and PR strategy across markets.
• Lead our communication channels, from organic and paid social to email, PR and event communications.
• Write sharp, engaging copy for emails, social media, PR, campaigns and event landing pages.
• Own our tone of voice and messaging, ensuring consistent communication across touchpoints.
• Grow existing channels while testing new ones – YouTube, newsletters, Substack, communities and more.
• Proactively bring new communication concepts and content ideas based on market insights.
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to research, create, test and optimise communication faster.
• Measure channel performance and learn from results to improve what we do.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Content, Events, Brand, Marketing Automations, Sales and BD.
