Partner Company seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual management of major hyperscale data centre construction projects across the UK and Europe. You will bring strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration expertise to projects from pre-contract through final accounts.

• Experience in forecasting, cash flow management, cost control and profitability on complex construction projects.
• Proven ability to improve profitability and value on large programmes.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for senior stakeholder briefings.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial management of major hyperscale data centre projects within budgets and standards.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX models, forecasts, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency, value engineering, benchmarking and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and scenario modelling for senior management.
• Oversee change management, risk registers, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with Development, Construction, Design, Finance and Operations teams.
• Monitor markets, cost indices and regulatory developments.
