Senior Quantity Surveyor – AI Data Centre Projects

We’re supporting the delivery of a major programme of next-generation AI and data centre infrastructure across Europe. These are complex, fast-moving, multi-site projects involving fibre connectivity, telecoms and substantial mechanical and electrical packages.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take responsibility for end-to-end commercial management, working closely with delivery teams to maintain strong cost control, contract governance and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
