Zusammenfassung

Adcubum AG is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud-native SaaS transformation. You will own architecture, guide DevOps practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready systems across cloud platforms.

You will design and evolve production-grade infrastructure, implement GitOps workflows with Argo CD and GitHub, standardize Terraform IaC, and raise observability and security standards while collaborating with architects and backend teams to deliver at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience (5+ years) designing and running large-scale systems on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ideal AKS/EKS/GKE production experience.
• Proven track record leading GitOps-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD).
• Strong skills in Terraform and CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Understanding of cloud networking (VPCs, DNS, security groups, routing).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of cloud security and secret management.
• Hands-on experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes configuration management.

We're transforming a large-scale enterprise product into a cloud-native SaaS offering to support multiple customers in their journey to the cloud. This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you'll own key architectural decisions, guide DevOps practices across teams, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering organization – a technical leader whose decisions will directly shape the infrastructure and DevOps standards across the organization. Define and lead DevOps strategy for our cloud-based SaaS transformation.

Design, build, and evolve production-grade infrastructure across hyperscaler cloud environments.

Architect and oversee Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) environments at scale.

Drive adoption of GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub) and CI/CD automation.

Establish and improve observability (logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response).

Ensure cloud security, RBAC, and secret management best practices are applied.

Collaborate with architects, backend teams, and stakeholders to support delivery at scale.

Our requirements

Extensive experience (5+ years) designing and running large-scale systems on Azure, GCP, or AWS.

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally with strong AKS/EKS/GKE production experience.

Proven track record leading GitOps-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD).

Strong skills in Terraform and CI/CD systems.

Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).

Solid understanding of cloud networking, including virtual networks/VPCs, DNS, security groups/network security rules, peering, routing, and private connectivity.

Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Good understanding of cloud security and secret management.

Hands‑on experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes configuration management.
