Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in gathering, documenting, validating, prioritising, and tracing requirements.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, SOA, data management, and modern delivery practices.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI-supported delivery, including requirements analysis and backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN, API tooling, and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in Customer Master Data Management / Onboarding / Lifecycle is advantageous.
• Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI principles.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Senior Business Analyst - Customer Domain (AI-Enabled Delivery)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an agile delivery team focused on developing new solutions across Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Master Data Management. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives within a modern technology environment leveraging cloud platforms, APIs, data-driven solutions, and AI-supported software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and processes within the customer domain, including Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Master Data Management.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, user story creation, and preparation of business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into clear and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support API and service design activities within the customer domain landscape.
• Apply business analysis and requirements engineering best practices in an agile environment.
• Utilise AI-supported approaches to improve requirements quality, documentation, test preparation, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Testers, UX specialists, Data Experts, and Business Stakeholders.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing activities, test preparation, expected outcomes, and documentation of results.
• Support AI-driven SDLC practices, including prompt design, requirements refinement, backlog optimisation, and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve business analysis, testing, process discovery, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, validation, prioritisation, and traceability.
• Proven ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process documentation, and testable requirements.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, service-oriented architectures, data management, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in agile environments alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-supported software delivery, including requirements analysis, documentation improvement, test generation, backlog refinement, and process analysis.
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and ensure business accuracy and relevance.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN or process modelling tools, API documentation tools, and AI-powered delivery tools.
• Experience in Customer Master Data Management, Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, or similar customer-focused processes would be advantageous.
• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and responsible AI principles is beneficial.
• Fluent English is required. German is an advantage.
