Job summary

BearingPoint Austria is seeking a leader to drive banking transformation initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into implementable solutions. The role spans multiple banking domains, requires deep process and IT landscape knowledge, and offers flexible working options. You will influence proposals and contribute to a growing Banking Transformation practice.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business analysis, banking transformation or comparable client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking models, products and processes in multiple domains.
• Experience leading teams and complex programmes involving requirements, design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-analysis workstreams and transformation programmes across payments, lending, credit, onboarding, KYC, account opening or core banking.
• Guide teams of business analysts, functional consultants and subject-matter experts and align priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee requirements engineering, functional design, process modelling, testing, business readiness and implementation.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and align senior stakeholders on target processes and solutions.
• Manage delivery quality, resources, budgets, risks and client relationships across Agile and Waterfall programmes.
• Contribute to proposals, account development, mentoring and ongoing development of our Banking Transformation offering.
