Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business analysis, banking transformation and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of banking models, products and processes across two domains.
• Experience leading teams and complex programmes across requirements, design and implementation.
• Confidence with senior stakeholders, delivery, resources, risks and financial performance.
• Knowledge of banking IT landscapes; familiarity with regulatory transformation, BPMN or workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-analysis workstreams and transformation programmes across payments, lending, credit, onboarding, KYC, account opening or core banking.
• Guide teams of business analysts, consultants and SMEs and set priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee requirements engineering, functional design, process modelling, testing and business readiness.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and align stakeholders on target processes and solutions.
• Manage delivery quality, resources, budgets, risks and client relationships across Agile and Waterfall.
• Contribute to proposals, account development, mentoring and evolving Banking Transformation offering.
