Job summary

Qualysoft GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced AI Architect to design and drive scalable AI architectures across enterprise environments. You will evaluate technologies, integrate AI use cases into existing landscapes, and lead architecture reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on governance, security and sustainable AI solutions, with collaboration across international stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model with two on-site days in Vienna and opportunities to shape

Qualifications

Experience in IT architecture, solution architecture or enterprise architecture.
Proven AI Architect experience or similar AI-related architecture role.
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI.
Strong Python skills and scripting ability.
Experience with AI governance, security and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Development and design of modern AI and Generative AI architectures.
Conception of scalable, secure and future-proof AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
Analysis, evaluation and selection of suitable AI technologies and platforms.
Architecture consulting for AI-based solutions and use cases.
Integration of AI solutions into existing IT, data and cloud landscapes.
Collaboration with business departments, data science teams and IT stakeholders.
Moderation of technical alignments, workshops and architecture reviews.
