Deel is seeking a senior individual contributor who can bridge design and front-end engineering to build AI-enabled product interfaces. You will design systems, tokens, and components that production AI can generate against, while staying hands-on in code and design tools.

You will partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of an AI-native workflow and codify standards for scalable, high-quality output.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product design and front-end engineering
• Strong taste for layout, typography, interaction, and polish
• Experience using AI design and coding tools

Aufgaben

• Design and implement AI-enabled design workflows and UI systems
• Prototype real interfaces, testing design-to-code fidelity in production
• Define production-readiness criteria for AI-generated UI and guardrails
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and design-system contributors to scale the workflow across teams
• Push AI-generated interfaces into product capabilities and roadmaps
