Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as Backend/Software Engineer with real AI product shipping experience.
• Experience with NodeJS or Python and clean, maintainable code.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL fundamentals, PostgreSQL and ORM libraries.
• Proven ability to ship AI-enabled features and review AI-generated code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong remote collaboration.
• Adherence to secure coding and deployment practices.
• Focus on cost efficiency and resource utilization.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with product, frontend, designers, and QA to scope features and deliver seamless experiences.
• Use Claude and AI tools to accelerate development; review AI-generated code before shipping.
• Build and ship AI-powered products, workflows, and agents.
• Participate in SDLC from discovery to deployment, contributing architecture and design feedback.
• Collaborate to develop features, APIs, databases, and infrastructure; fix bugs quickly.
• Deliver end-to-end features with ownership: design, develop, test, deploy, monitor.
• Maintain high-quality standards through testing and customer-focused development.
• Communicate status, blockers, and decisions clearly in async, distributed teams.
• Unblock teams by answering questions and proposing solutions to ambiguous problems.
