Zusammenfassung

ActAI is seeking a UX designer to own the UX of its core app experience across iOS, Android, and web. You will shape end-to-end flows from task initiation to outcome, balancing AI behavior with clear user control.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and ML teams, you will craft wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, build the design system, and conduct usability research to earn user trust in AI-driven experiences.

Qualifikationen

• UX designer with a strong portfolio and experience on consumer mobile or web apps.
• Proficient in user flow design, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Able to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic AI-driven systems.
• Focus on user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI apps.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Comfortable in fast-moving teams with evolving product scope.
• Balance simple consumer UX with complex AI system behavior.
• Good judgment on usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery.

Aufgaben

• Own UX for ActAI's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks from start to finish.
• Show how AI decisions are surfaced and what users must confirm or adjust.
• Map AI states: loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, failing, recovering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to translate requirements.
• Conduct usability research to uncover trust issues and uncertainties.
• Produce wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs for engineering.
• Contribute to the design system and AI UX patterns.
• Design for both simple daily interactions and complex AI workflows.
