Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience; Tyrolean cuisine experience is a must.
• German language at least B1 and English at least B1.
• EU citizen or valid work permit for Austria.

Responsibilities

• Mise en place & production: Prepare and produce Tyrolean dishes for the restaurant.
• Quality: Keep taste and presentation consistent during peak ski-day rushes.
• Organisation: Work in a clean, structured way and keep your station in order.
• Hygiene: Apply HACCP rules on your station and in storage areas.
