Job summary

All4Chefs.com presents a Chef de Partie role at a 5-star luxury hotel in the Kitzbühel Alps. December 2026 start for an on-site seasonal, full-time position. You will lead your Asian station, ensuring flawless execution and high standards, and help train new team members and apprentices in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Requirements include chef certification and at least 1 year in upscale gastronomy, with strong English and German. EU/EEA work rights are assumed for Austria.

Qualifications

• Completed chef training (formal culinary certification).
• At least 1 year in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position.
• Good English and German; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Asian cuisine: prepare dishes to luxury-hotel standards.
• Quality & hygiene: ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Storage: responsible for correct storage and processing of food.
• Station: work independently and maintain a smoothly running kitchen.
• Training: onboard and develop new staff and apprentices.
