Journi in Vienna is seeking a Seasonal Support Helper to join our Customer Happiness team. The role runs from November 2, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and focuses on delivering exceptional help to our users across languages and channels.

You’ll be the first point of contact, manage customer inquiries efficiently, and contribute to ongoing improvements with thoughtful feedback while upholding our friendly, helpful culture.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level).
• Ability to write in a playful and empathetic style.
• Strong grammar and spelling.
• Patient, service-oriented and problem solver.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• EU work authorization; based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
