Louis Vuitton Salzburg seeks a seasonal support to assist the store team during the Christmas & New Year period. This non-selling role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through the store, and supporting the sales team with tasks like gift wrapping and stock runners.

You will work full-time (40 hours/week) from 20 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, collaborating with managers and client advisors to ensure a premium Louis Vuitton experience in line with the brand promise.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and German required.
• Excellent people skills and high level of empathy.
• Ability to multi-task and work with IT tools.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitors
• Effectively determining client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the store
• Supporting the management team on duty in effectively managing and animating waiting time and client flow by using digital wait list tools and ensuring smooth client communication
• Serving drinks to clients
• Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the day
• Wrapping, running and packaging assistance to the sales team
• Collaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards
