Zusammenfassung

Journi is seeking a Junior Customer Engagement & Retention Manager to join our CRM team in Vienna on a hybrid schedule. You’ll plan and manage global, one-time campaigns from ideation to execution, with copywriting and performance optimization at the core.

You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and influencer teams to craft engaging emails, push messages, and in-app communications, while analyzing results and iterating—keeping customer engagement high and driving conversion.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years experience in marketing in e-commerce, subscription or D2C
• Basic understanding of segmentation logic or lifecycle marketing concepts
• Excellent written and spoken English and German (Native or C2 level), with copywriting skills
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to read campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail, structured working approach, ability to self-organize and prioritize
• Ability to structure information and present to stakeholders
• Proactive, curious mindset, eager to learn
• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating

Aufgaben

• Build, QA, and deploy OTC and sales campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging
• Set up templates, segment audiences, and check links and translations before launches
• Run A/B tests, pull performance reports, propose future tests, and optimize campaigns
• Analyze campaign and sales data to surface insights for the team
• Collaborate with CRM managers, designers, and Influencer marketing to align assets and plan quarterly OTC campaigns
• Write engaging, on-brand copy and subject lines to drive opens and clicks
• Support execution of global sales CRM campaigns, especially during peak seasons
• Track competitor CRM activity and translate into fresh ideas
