Journi in Vienna is seeking a Seasonal Support Helper to join our Customer Happiness team. The role runs from November 2, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and focuses on delivering exceptional help to our users across languages and channels.

You’ll be the first point of contact, manage customer inquiries efficiently, and contribute to ongoing improvements with thoughtful feedback while upholding our friendly, helpful culture.

Qualifikationen

We're looking for someone to join the Customer Happiness team at Journi as a temporary Seasonal Support Helper. This role starts on November 2, 2026, and runs until the end of January, 2027. During this time, you'll provide great support to our customers while being part of our vibrant, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our customers
• Manage customer communication (in multiple languages) through various support channels and user touch points
• Give and receive constructive feedback and foster an environment for constant improvement

Your bag of tricks

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level); any additional language is a plus
• You have playful and empathetic writing skills
• You care about good grammar and spelling
• You are patient, service-oriented, and genuinely want to resolve problems
• You are a strong communicator, constantly learning, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed
• You work efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet critical project deadlines
• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
