Journi is seeking a Seasonal Support Helper to join the Customer Happiness team in Vienna. The role runs from November 2, 2026, to the end of January 2027, with responsibilities including serving as the first point of contact and managing multilingual customer communications across channels.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative team, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and help resolve customer issues with empathy and precision.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level); any additional language is a plus.
• Playful and empathetic writing skills.
• Care about good grammar and spelling.
• Patient, service-oriented, and genuinely want to resolve problems.

We're looking for someone to join the Customer Happiness team at Journi as a temporary Seasonal Support Helper. This role starts on November 2, 2026, and runs until the end of January, 2027. During this time, you'll provide great support to our customers while being part of our vibrant, collaborative team.
