Qualifikationen

• Provide first-level SAP EWM support for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate between operations, customer key users and IT to resolve issues.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer on new functionalities and process changes.
• Support system rollouts, testing, and updates to ensure stable processes.
• Document, analyze and escalate complex system-related issues with timely follow-up.
