Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM or experience as Key User, Super User, or Power User of an ERP or Warehouse Management System.
• Basic understanding of IT processes, ticket management, and system-supported workflows.
• Very good English skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• First-Level Support for SAP EWM: Serve as the primary contact for operational employees regarding SAP EWM questions and issues.
• Bridging Operations, IT, and Customer requirements: Coordinate collaboration between teams and IT to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and learning modules; communicate new functionalities clearly.
• Process Stability and Continuous Improvement: Support system rollouts, changes, testing, and updates for stable processes.
• Structured Incident and Ticket Management: Document and analyze complex issues and track progress through resolution.
