Arvato, part of Bertelsmann, is seeking a SAP EWM-focused Operations Support specialist in Austria. You will connect operations, customer key users, and IT to ensure reliable SAP EWM-driven processes in a hands-on logistics environment.

You will bridge gaps between operations, IT, and customers, deliver trainings, and support system rollouts and improvements, ensuring stable and efficient workflows. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM or experience as a Key User, Super User, or Power User of an ERP or Warehouse Management System.
• Basic understanding of IT processes, ticket management, and system-supported workflows.
• Very good English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach with ownership.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Aufgaben

• First-Level Support for SAP EWM: act as the primary contact for operational employees on SAP EWM questions and issues.
• Bridge Operations, IT, and Customer requirements by coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities and short learning modules; communicate changes clearly.
• Support system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates to ensure stable processes.
• Document, analyze, and escalate more complex system-related issues, track progress to resolution.
