Job summary
Anexia is seeking a Sales Support (m/w/d) in Vienna/Graz to ensure quotes, contracts, and sales data run smoothly. You will act as the central contact point between Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Customer Success, juggling multiple topics with precision.
You will maintain CRM data quality, handle inquiries and tenders, and contribute to pricing adjustments and contract renewals. Fluency in German and strong English, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial education or degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales support, inside sales, sales operations, or contract management, ideally in an IT/cloud environment.
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working, even when juggling multiple parallel topics.
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Service orientation, reliability, and enjoyment of working across many interfaces.
- A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or compliance is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain quotes, service confirmations, and contract documents in close coordination with Key Account Management and Presales.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of our sales data in the CRM (Pipedrive): opportunities, contacts, and forecast data.
- Handle customer inquiries, tenders, and questionnaires.
- Regularly review and adjust semi-automated and individual billing items and pass them on to the Billing department.
- Coordinate internal workflows: price calculations, approvals, and handovers to Delivery and Customer Success.
- Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, events, and team meetings.
- Support pricing adjustments, contract renewals, and reporting.
- Continuously improve our processes and templates

- Maintain and ensure the quality of our sales data in the CRM (Pipedrive): opportunities, contacts, and forecast data
- Handle customer inquiries, tenders, and questionnaires
- Regularly review and adjust semi-automated and individual billing items and pass them on to the Billing department
- Coordinate internal workflows: price calculations, approvals, and handovers to Delivery and Customer Success
- Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, events, and team meetings
- Support pricing adjustments, contract renewals, and reporting
- Continuously improve our processes and templates
Your profile
