OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking an organized professional to review tenders, prepare quotations and support order handling in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers and partners, maintain the sales database and help implement process improvements across the team.

The role requires strong German and English communication, experience in inside sales or procurement, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education, Matura or equivalent qualification, or higher.
• Experience in inside sales support or procurement roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
• Experience with tenders and framework agreements is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organization, with good prioritization.
• Technical interest and willingness to learn about products.
• Fluent German and English.

Your role

Review and prequalify tenders and support the team in processing and coordination of tenders

• Prepare accurate quotations and support order handling, invoicing and invoice collection
• Assist the team with customer and partner requests, order and project handling, and other relevant tasks
• Maintain the customer database, retrieve data and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Work closely with the team to implement new initiatives and improve processes
