Job summary

Smartness is expanding its operations team to streamline our go-to-market engine. You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to improve workflows, ensure data accuracy, and support scalable processes across a fast-growing, remote-first organization.

You will own CRM health, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate complex initiatives into repeatable, efficient workflows while enabling teams to move quickly and effectively in a SaaS

Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Revenue Ops and Leadership.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and data quality stewardship.
• Process-oriented problem solving with ownership of improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve GTM processes across Sales and Customer Success.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely, actionable communications.
• Become the operational backbone of the CRM ecosystem and optimize data flows.
• Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives and translate ideas into repeatable processes.
• Support operational excellence by reducing friction and enabling faster execution.
