all about automation seeks a Sales Manager for Device Connection Technology in Austria. You serve as the central interface between engineering, sales, and customers, advising manufacturers and EMS providers on technical challenges and positioning innovative PCB connection solutions.

The role combines field sales with home-office options. It offers six weeks of vacation, professional development support, and an annual salary with a variable component in a modern, internationally active company.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical engineering training and experience in selling complex, consultation-intensive products.
• Sales experience, preferably in B2B, electronics, or distribution environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-motivation
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking and an interest in continuous improvement
• Excellent German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and requirements
