ServiceNow is seeking a regional Sales Leader to build and guide a team of direct Sales Executives, shaping the regional go-to-market strategy and collaborating with Sales Operations to win new business. You will drive territory planning, develop opportunities, and mentor top performers to exceed quotas.

You will also foster strong relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and the executive team while maintaining an excellent customer experience and managing forecast accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying AI to work processes or decision-making, including AI-powered tools or automating workflows.
• Proven track record in new business sales success and negotiating with C-level executives.
• Strong recruiting, coaching and management of high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to plan financially, forecast accurately and meet quotas.

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region.
• Develop and execute regional GTM strategy with Sales Ops, including competitive positioning.
