zone14 is expanding into the Hungarian market and seeks an Expansion Champion to own entry strategy. You will leverage local connections, craft outreach, and close deals with clubs and academies, driving growth in Hungary.

You will work remotely with the zone14 team, bring proactive ideas for local lead generation, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to build a high-performing market. A passion for football and sports is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Hungarian required for local trust and communication.
• Business fluent English for internal collaboration with the zone14 team.
• Willingness to travel and hit the road to build markets.
• Strong interest in sports, football, and expansions.

• Lead proactive market entry and outbound sales to identify target clubs, academies, and sports organizations in Hungary.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Lead to execute targeted campaigns, events, and partnerships for Hungary.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with demos and outreach.
• Document pipelines, conversions, and market feedback in the CRM and report findings.

Your Mission

You are not an order taker; you are a true Expansion Champion . Building on our international momentum, you will take full ownership of our market entry in Hungary. Leveraging our existing high-profile references, your local connections, and creative marketing ideas, you will drive outreach, close deals, and build a high-performing market—running Hungary like your own business.

Your Responsibilities

Proactive Market Entry & Outbound Sales: You independently identify target clubs, academies, and sports organizations in Hungary, building a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and product demos.

Close Marketing Collaboration & Lead Generation: You don’t just wait for inbound leads—you proactively bring your own ideas for local lead generation . You work hand-in-hand with our Growth Marketing Lead to execute targeted campaigns, event formats, and partnerships for the Hungarian market.

Leverage Social Proof & Passion Topics: You use our top-tier club references and our core focus areas—youth development and women’s football—as powerful sales hooks to build trust with local club directors and decision-makers.

Data-Driven Reporting: You accurately document pipelines, conversion rates, and market feedback in our CRM. Solid reporting is the foundation for all strategic scaling decisions—for both you and us.

End-to-End Sales Cycle: You guide clients from initial contact and online demos through to contract sign-off and onboarding.

What You Bring to the Table

Local Ecosystem Knowledge & Contacts: You know the Hungarian sports and football landscape inside out, understand how decision-makers operate, and already have access or existing connections to local clubs and organizations.

Hunter Mindset & Hunger to Learn: You don’t need years of sales experience— we are happy to teach you the core sales methodology. What matters to us is your drive, your willingness to hit the road, and your motivation to close deals.

True Passion for Sports: Whether on the pitch or in the stands—you understand the emotions, organizational structures, and the unique language of sports.

Language Skills: Native-level Hungarian (essential for building trust locally) and business-fluent English for internal collaboration with the zone14 team.
