fonio.ai is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help drive sales through warm pre-qualified leads. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving clear sales targets while maintaining excellent CRM hygiene. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record, and fluency in Dutch and English. You'll enjoy a competitive salary with uncapped commission, equity options, and relocation support if you want to stay in Vienna.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven closing track record along a structured funnel.
• High discipline and genuine hunger to earn.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound demo calls: 8–16 qualified demos per day.
• Own monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage pipeline with structured follow-ups.
