Qualifikationen

• Install, maintain, qualify, and repair Hamilton Robotics Liquid Handlers such as STAR and VANTAGE instruments.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide fast, effective solutions.
• Support customers remotely and on-site.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate system records.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Application Support, Sales, and global experts.
