You’ll document service activities, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with global experts across Technical Support, Applications, and Sales. Regular travel within Switzerland is required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in automation, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in field service or laboratory automation is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, customer-focused mindset.
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland.
• Good German and English skills; French or Italian is an advantage.
